The Jaguar MK2 in 1960 was the fastest sedan on the market. I found this specimen in Munich in 1978, immediately fell in love with it and bought it for 4,500 German Marks. But after about half a year it started to fall apart so I got in contact with a guy - who became a good friend - who repaired old cars. I did some small repairs to keep the Jag going, but later planned a complete reconstruction. This never succeeded because whichever part of the body I touched just crumbled.
Nothing but a faded Polaroid is left!
In front of my parents' house
In all stages of disrepair
When it looked like this, I gave up and sold it for 800 German Marks
